Today is one of my Sad days.... I don't want to do anything, go anywhere or see anyone. I want to stay in bed. I don't want to face the World. I get depressed and eat and eat.... Damn Cookies.
Over the past few months I have been trying to find ME. I guess one could call it a Come to Jesus moment. I've been trying to rebuild some great relationships I feel I abandoned. I've been strentghing some existing ones and finding new people to share my life with. I hope that sharing this journey can help others find joy and happiness
